I've had tp change at what time of day I train and its fucking up my moring eating. I usually lift around 600am. I'm up around 5-5:30 and head to the gym. I'v been slamming down a shake and packet of oatmeal before I go, but after lifting I shower and get dressed for work so I dont eat a solid meal until about 45 minutes after I've worked out. I rather not slam a shake, lift and then slam a shake again and go two straight meals without any solid food.
