right now im takin in 30g iso, 35g waxymaize, 2g beta alanine and 5g creatine. I still think this is pretty solid. Also PWO im takin in a custom mix from TP that equals about 55g iso, 70g WMS, then the mix of 10% luecine and 5% creatine. I also add in another 2g beta alanine in PWO shake (i dont get that weird feeling from bet alanine like i hear some people do)
I guess critique this if you guys see somethin way off, but my main question is should i skip my preworkout shake, eat a whole meal like an hrish b4 my workout and just sip on maybe BCAA boost from TP and add in some creatine and beta alanine? Would it be beneficial to add in this 'during' mix with what i already have, or would it be overkill do you think?
BTW, my last whole meal is usually about 2 hrs before my workout....
