Exhausted and stressed, how do you deal with it?

my average work week is 70-75 hrs. The times are wierd like today i got into work at 12 noon and ill get out around 3 am and have to be back by 8:30 AM tomorrow. Damn restaurant business. Its also a pretty stressful job, dealing with the customers, staff, purveyors, drunks, owners. Then i train either before or after work depending on the time i estimate getting there and leaving.

meals look like this.
10-12 OZ chicken, beef, salmon, fatty tuna,(one of them not all of them) or 10 whole eggs.
2 cups of a green veggie(Broc, Asparagus, Green beans, Spinach, Broc. Raab)
1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
1C rice or 1 potato.

I eat when im hungry and that ends up being about 6-8 meals a day.

Switched off of DC 3 way split cause im just freaking exhausted. Went back to the training split Phil first gave me a while back.

But lately ive been verry irratible, Tired, having trouble focusing at work/on the GF, really unmotivated.


NO SUPPER SUPPS.


Im going to Hire Phil again at the end of the week when i get paid but any ideas how to fix this with diet?
 
I always like the HIT style training when I'm overtrained or exhausted. Just a few sets per bodypart and out of the gym. You may even want to take a week off to recover.

at least you can make it a week. i get itchy after a couple days.
 
damn man, restaurant business sounds tooouugh. I duno how you do it.

Im working retail at the moment and i'm absolutely deead at the end of the day. 50+ hours a week (not 70 like you) and i never get to sit down during the day. Plus getting up early before work for cardio then hitting the gym after leaves me in a zombie-like state by 7pm. i sleep well :D
 
Your meals look unbalanced a little. Too many carbs and protein per meal, imo. Also, 2 cups of greens per meal is taxing on your digestive track...thats a ton of shit to break down.
