Hi was today at 198 and dry and depleted so he will carb up just to mantain the weight at 198 and then up a little the carbs 2 days before the show, no diuretics and drinking water, the same amount of water as he pees, he was ready and grainy today just a little flat dirinking 2 1/2 gallons of water so for the next week with this water managing from wenesday he wont need to take diuretics or cut the water so for friday he will be drinking naturally with this method about 1 gallon.
