On 6iu's of jino's I ate something along the lines of mcdonalds,pizza, mexican food,etc... at least once a day everyday and just couldnt get fat. Just bloated. Sometimes i'd eat clean for a few days and looked even better. Man i miss those days

I pretty much always eat clean except for the cheat meal and if I get stuck on the road and have no choice... IGF made me feel like I was 16 again the second day I was on it. I felt like I would just get into better and better shape every morning looking in the mirror regardless of wether or not I went to the gym!

Clean bro why waste your money!!! Wouldnt u rather be swol and lean?? IMO that would be the best! Not only that fast food does not have the quality calories that are needed to get BIG!!
