Gyno Update: Pubescent condition

I know from researching it for myself that a lot of guys suffer from the same problem. For myself I've had it from my early teens.

For the past 20 days Ive been taking 60mg's of Nolva )tamoxifen citrate) three times a day at 20mg per dose.

The results have been astounding. My right pec is now completely flat and normal. It always had a tear drop shape in the past, with puffy nipples and some fat at the bottom.

My left was more severe. I never thought I had any lump because there was no large protrusion of the kind that other guys describe being associated with using gear. But now that its gone I realize there were a serious of small lumps/ridges underneath the nipples which have now completely disappeared to the touch. I think there is still some gland issues surrounding the left nipple, but it is far small er than it was before treatment began. There even appears to be some fat loss in the left pec, and if necessary Ill try some spot injections of lipostabil or helios down the road.

But if anyone has this problem definitely try the nolva before surgery.

This would seem to indicate that you still may have relatively high levels of estrogen in your body (for whatever reason - naturally occuring or from aromatized test). Would exemestane help to alleviate this? Just a thought, but if you have abnormally high estrogen levels, this could easily reoccur.

Im worried about the same thing. Im not happy about the idea of a rebound.

Right now I plan on continuing with the nolva. My confusion was first that there was some fatty tissue around the left pec, and secondly that I was looking for one hard lump.

In my case, at least on the left side the gland issue appears to have been pretty widespread. Guess that makes sense considering how long it was left unchecked. I can actually feel where its getting smaller now, where the gland seems to be receeding. A week to ten days ago I had a series of ridges under my left nipple. Not thats completely gone.I can still feel something hard just above and to the side, but it seems to be decreasing, and I havent been on the treatment for very long. I expected to have to wait a month to see a difference if any occured at all. Now that my pright pec is completely normal its easier for me to measure what it should feel like when completely normal

Im thinking of doing a cycle of letro along with the nolva just to see if it makes any difference.

Is there any permanent solution if the problem is naturally high estrogen levels?

I'm no endrocologist (sp) so they're the one to ask. If you actually are producing excess "test" that's aromatizing into estrogen (versus your body actually producing the estrogen), aromasin may be the answer. Read: http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12852
