Should I keep training as usual and hope it will catch up, or start working it independently? And if so, what should I do? One arm shrugs? Someone commented on it the other day so it's definitely noticable.
Could be due to cerebral dominance(right or left handedness).It may just sit a little higher due to this but not actually bigger.

Actually I think it's because my left clavicle is a little bit shorter than my right, causing the left trap to look higher as you said, because the insertion points are closer together than they are on my right trap.
Yeah there could be different reasons as to why. My left leg is slightly longer than my right, my left calf muscle is much harder than my right. I'm right handed, and my right trap and overall arm is bigger than the left
