Should I keep training as usual and hope it will catch up, or start working it independently? And if so, what should I do? One arm shrugs? Someone commented on it the other day so it's definitely noticable.

ya.....good ole one-arm shrugs should do the trick

:)

my left trap is also bigger than my right. but thats because i tore my right trap many years ago, and it never healed properly.

go for single arm shrugs.

how do you deadlift?

I did under-overhand grip to long and never changed hands. It makes your traps develope differently.

If this the case you should reverse the grip to your not normal underoverhand.

I dont know whats wrong with me this morning i cant come up with the proper english sentences. But i hope you understand what i mean.

Could be due to cerebral dominance(right or left handedness). It may just sit a little higher due to this but not actually bigger.
In chiro school we spent a lot of time evaluating peoples postures and this was quite common.

I don't deadlift very much so I doubt that could be the cause. But when I do deadlift I will remember to reverse my grip every other time.

Actually I think it's because my left clavicle is a little bit shorter than my right, causing the left trap to look higher as you said, because the insertion points are closer together than they are on my right trap.

Yeah there could be different reasons as to why. My left leg is slightly longer than my right, my left calf muscle is much harder than my right. I'm right handed, and my right trap and overall arm is bigger than the left

probably you have Scoliosis... i have that problem and my right upper peck is also a little bigger ...

Most everyone has an arm bigger than the other or a leg that measures bigger than the other its normal

Really ? interesting. Is this due to an injury or did it just anatomically grow shorter?
