at the end of my workout when i hit my abs...usually 3 times a week. i get a real bad cramp either in the lower left or right part of my abs. its extremely isolated no more than 1 or 2 inches in diameter. ive usually taken 40 ounces of water by this point in my training session so i dont think im dehydrated. ive tried bananas pre workout and that didnt help at all. any ideas as to what the cause may be?
