Hernia 3 weeks out

Saturday I noticed the lump (about the size of a pencil eraser) about 1 inch above my naval, right in between my abs. It can be seen from a distance if you are looking for it, but not too bad.
I get a pulling sensation in side my abdomin when I am on my feet for long periods. Not a major problem but very irritating to have this happen 3 weeks out.
Any experiences?

I had the same thing happen during my last precontest. I thought I caused it by working my abs too much - LOL. I forget what type of hernia the specialist said it was - but it's genetic and would've shown up eventually, not from doing abs

He said he could repair it but said that it would more than likely come back. He said if it starts bothering me, he'll work on it if I want him to.

As with "any" hernia, you should have it checked out. The "real" hernia can turn into a life-threatening situation when not repaired.
