OK I keep hearing diff ways to take slin with AAS
I'm really carb sensitive. To much and my gut blows up like a balloon. Whats the 411 on the current thinking on slin.
Also I don't have GH on hand to use just AAS.

10-20iu of hum-r is what i used...usually about 15

i shot it preworkout and took in 80grams of simple carbs and 100 grams protein within 20min of my workout...

my workouts were 40min at that point...

=you can adjust the timing of the shot, start post workout

=you can adjust the post shot feeding; carbs up or down same with protein...start with more carbs that pro and gradually switch them until you feel comfortable..

=work up to a comfortable dosage from maybe 6-8iu up to where you feel comfortable

= i also at one point added a pre-breakfast shot of 10iu to my schedule...it helped, a lot, but i found myself crashing mid morn and could not solve the problem no matter what i did..

hope this was somewhat helpful...this might not be by the book slin use but its what i did and what worked for me..

remember to always keep sugar around in your car and stuff incase you need it.... i did on several occasions.

I have for the last 3 months followed DC's training philosophy ie eating, training, xtrem stretching ect. and was wondering if slin would really make that much of a diff overall.

I've also heard to just take slin twice a week( three times a day) and no more because it keeps the fat gain to a minimum.

But the question in my mind is: will slin really add more muscle than not taking it?
Any input is welcome.

The 2x week theory is based of off ChadNichols, I think if you go the articles section or do a search on it there is a lengthy post on that theory, but if you training 3x a week postworkout is what I would do.
 
Insulin

Do a search on this board under Bigkiwi and insulin.
He gives a lot of good posts and info on it.
goodluck and be very carefull Im sure you know.
First time Id start with a very low amount just to see how your body will react.
 
Personally I dont think 2x wk is sufficient. How much difference can 2 meals per week make, no matter what? You must take advantage more, 4-5xwk postworkout ONLY. When you need it most, and your body can metabolize its nutrients best to enhance anabolism and reduce post-workout catabolism. If you are using fast acting, that means your body will still produce insulin all the other hours/meals, 16-20hrs even on days when you are using exogenious insulin. That will keep you body functioning properly.
General guidelines are 1ui pre 20lbs body weight;
10g carb per iu; add 50-75g whey (fast acting) protein.
Creating and glutamine good here too.

|--[\\\]>--------- THe way that i have found that 'slin works best for me is right after a workout, IM way, and only like 12-13 iu's per training day (for me that is)
