I hope you are getting your eating in and I hope you are doing well in school.I will mail you that phone card that I bought you out this weekend.Tell your girl I said hi,and be focused on getting those meals in .If you ate right last week then you should be up at least 2 lbs..You better not be lagging on your diet , because if I come out to visit you after the holidays and you still look like a pencil I am going to have to stockade your ass in front of your girl.......LOL! Getting my meals in all right --- at 1st it was difficukt, now I am eating all the time!

out of curosity ANYONE ever hear of a name of up and comming fighter "derik keasly" hes locally around here doing great, i dont know even his art but i do know he flys form indiania to hawaii ect.... and has perfect record.
