How in the hell do you use this size on without getting terrible diarhea.

I take it at bedtime like it says, but the next morning my stomach is a wreck and I have horrible diarhea and can't even do my job.

Is there any way to fix that or am I stuck with a whole jug?

If I drink it too fast I have some issues too - none that bad though. Plenty of water and a little slower and I'm good.

I have some on the way. I hope I dont have this problem. I have a sensitive stomach.
