Hey Vander do you have any links to your training routines? Maybe even nutrition...I was just curious what it looks like especially the training. And maybe how it would differ for a guy like me who is about 3 or 4 years into it versus someone of your caliber or is it still something to kinda follow...Thanks bro...Theres just so many damn routines..I could post what Ive been doing. Sometimes I feel like Im spinning my wheels. I just dont want for many years to go by spinning them. Im on a 5x5 right now....
Im 25 5'10 227 20%bf.....

Basic Nutrition Plan
At least 300g of protein, 450g carbs per day, 3 cups of veggies and 2 to 3 tuna or meat shakes daily.


Training Schedule

monday = quads
tues = back + calves
weds = hamstrings
thurs = bis tris + calves
Fri = Lundges and shoulders
sat = chest calves
sunday = REST

I also go on feel so some days i will train higher reps like 15 and others lower like 8 reps depending on how i feel that particular day.

every training day is completely different from the last hope this helps.
