Hey Vander do you have any links to your training routines? Maybe even nutrition...I was just curious what it looks like especially the training. And maybe how it would differ for a guy like me who is about 3 or 4 years into it versus someone of your caliber or is it still something to kinda follow...Thanks bro...Theres just so many damn routines..I could post what Ive been doing.
