High cardio and HRT dosing

I've done a couple of mild cycles, just Test E. and dbol.

I'm 44 yrs old.

My question is this, would a 200mg a week of Test E. and doing high cardio routines be a bad mix? I'm getting into CrossFit type routines and I've read that AAS's and high cardio's can cause enlarged heart.

Any truth to this?

By the way after reading a post on PCT and not using them I tried it on my last cycle. I was on 250 test e a week for 2 months. Its been almost a month now and absolutely no problems and no PCT.
 
You're not gonna want the pump that you get from dbol so don't use that. High levels of cardio tend to lower your natural test levels. You can confirm this with serious runners and cyclists. Depending on your goals you may want to keep your test dose to no more than 150mg/wk. This will pretty much eliminate the need for anti-e's and keep the bloat down to a minimum. You can try hcg at 250-500iu twice a week while on.

This is all stuff I've heard from endurance athletes and no from my own experience. I lift heavy stuff and that's a different ball game.
