in a blender or food processor add

1 - 24oz container small curd low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup water
blend till its thin and creamy
add 2 , Hidden Vally Ranch season packets (the ones that make 16 oz)

blend at low speed for several min , check consistancy add water or cottage cheese as needed

1 -50g serving (which is alot)
6g-Protein , 2.8g-Carbs , 1g-Fat

Sounds good, I like to do the same thing using unflavored greek yogurt. It makes really good dip for veggies.

I thought the exact same thing when i was making it "i bet adding greek yogurt would make this better"

I am going to try both ways and see, the cottage cheese sounds like it might taste more like real salad dressing than the greek yogurt which kind of tastes like veggie dips.

I use both cottage cheese and yogurt in mine. Turns out great. Now only if we could find a way to make a healthy version of Nutella. Damn you Big Chef!
