Use a search engine (like google.com) and type in the federation you want to know about. (IFBB NPC NABBA INBA etc).
They should have contest schedules on thier web sites.
Or get a copy of the latest flex mag I think they have upcoming show dates somewhere in the back. (you could buy or it just rip the page out from the mag, i didn't tell you that either).
