how do you guys cycle your IGF

i have never done it was interested in some opinions on how to cycle it. i have run insulin before with hgh, hgh 6u.i. everyday and insulin monday friday 3x a day at 5 u.i. 10 u.i. after my workouts. if i was to replace the hgh with the igf would i run it everyday at 60-100 mcg a day, splitting the shots up. i am not totally sure how to run the igf does it make a difference if you run it everyday or should i run it 3x a week. when you take igf doesnt that make you more insulin sensitive so you dont need to take as much insulin. i was also considering running hcl with all this now how will my insulin dose look if i am taking hcl and igf. i dont want to take to much insulin and not to mention this time i want to take less insulin, i dont want to put on to much bulk, or water.
