I have counted every single calorie ive consumed (aside from a few all out binges) for the past 4 years or so. To see the scale move in the past year or ao, I need at bare minimum 5000. Last couple times I tries to gain before this one I was legitimately taking in over 5500 a day, rarely ever was I below 6k, and many times over that. My appetite isn't what it used to be now, so I just make damn sure to hit 4200 or so so that I don't drop weight, its a pain in the ass. I used to love eating that much, now I envy those who can gain weight on 3500 cals..
