getting some tonalin based cla from a fellow member and wanted to know how much i should take during the day. currently dieting down right now and this what my fat intake looks like already
5-10gr per day omega-3
5-10gr per day flax seed oil
rest is from foods such as chicken, oatmeal, eggs
total fat per day is from 30-40gr per day
so how should i work the CLA in? add about 5gr per day CLA and cut back on some of the others? to the guys that use CLA did you like it with dieting, were the results decent?
