Why’s the RDA 1,500mg?I don't track sodium but I season pretty much everything I eat with Tony Cachere's creole seasoning. I'll even put salt in when I make a bowl of whey protein with oats or whatever. I'm sure I get many grams of sodium per day
Unless you have a heart or kidney issue there's no reason to restrict sodium.
