this is my carb rotation diet that i have followed for my contest...it has worked out pretty well for me so far...i know there are things that need to be fixed with it so i am gonna throw it out there to you guys...honestly, i dont care to eat alot so i rotate my meals like this: shake, whole food, shake, whole food, etc...
currently i am weighing 180lbs...did a show last wkd & weighed in at 172lbs when i dropped water...keep in mind that i have only been lifting serious with diet for a little over 2yrs & prolly a little over a yr of that has been a contest diet...yeah, i know - i gotta eat to grow & come off of the contest diet...
i have 2 shows coming up in May & once those are done i am going to take a 2wk break to recover some & then get back to bulking...
this is how i did my carb rotation diet...Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday were low carb days...Monday & Saturday were mid carb days...& Friday was my high carb day...
