I've talked about this on here ad nauseum, but here it goes again.
I'm on 400mg EW, doctor prescribed. Just had my blood tested 10
days ago and my hematorcrit was 53, I believe becasue I missed
a opportunity to give blood before going on month's vacation, where
my wife and I did ton of hiking at altitude, which I attribute the
higher than normal level results to. Giving blood regularly keeps it at
~50.
And bye the way, I get my blood tested once a season. I don't cycle
any other AAS while on as other guys do (bad idea if you don't get your
blood tested then also, but that's another story . . .). It's just test for
me. Have been doing that amount and frequency for a couple of years now
and the hematorcrit is the only thing that raises a yellow flag. No red flags
in any other department excepts cholesterol, which I was able to bring way
down through diet and exercise.
I feel my best on this amount (test levels are ~2,000) and my doctor is fine
with it as long as we are doing no harm.
Hope this helps.
