So I see this fucking monster walking outta the gym with his girl. It was from a distance but this dude looked about 6ft 280ish just freaky big. I asked the guys in the gym who it was and they said some dude named Frank who is down from Canada. I put 2 and 2 together and figured it could have been him. If so, he is one big mofo.

Yep it was hiim for sure. This guys shoulders and forearms are insane. Very pleasing build without going overboard. One of my fav physiques.

frank, glad you are here! my buddy owns a fitness studio and we have posters of you on the wall for motivation. we do legs early, every sunday morning. in front of the squat rack is the suck it up poster we got from animal pak, lol! yo da man bro!

This guy is a monster in person. Im shocked he remains so big and in shape with his injuries. Very impressive. Frank you know me, im the only other dude over 240lbs in our gym. We talked maybe once or twice but I leave yah alone cuz I know how anoying it gets lol
