This is what i did..
1. Get glucose meter
2. Get loads of gatorades
3. Got karbolyn, bcaas, creatine and good protein
4. Shot 7uis 1st day post workout
5. Took 75g karbo, 20g bcaa, 10g creatine
6. Wait 15 mins, take 60g whey iso
7. Wait 30 mins (t+30) check your glucose, if you're not OK , drink carbs
8. Wait 1hour after inj (t+60) eat 40g carbs of rice and 60g prots chicken
9. Wait 1h30 mins (t+90) check your glucose again, if your not OK , '' '' ''
10. Wait 3h (t+180) eat 40g oats and 60g red beef
11. Wait 3h30 (t+210) check glucose
Then i've tried 10uis, and sticking to it atm, and later will try it preworkout.
Mike Arnold's protocol seem's interesting, just wondering when to incorporate my GH in this protocol.
Anyways, this is my protocol for 10 uis PWO :
1. Shoot 10ui slin pwo SUB Q
2 Drink 75g karbolyn, 20g bcaas 10g creatine
3. t+15 60g whey iso
4. t+30 glucose meter
5. t+60 80g carbs rice, 60g prots chicken
6. t+90 glucose meter
7. t+180 50g oats 60g prots red meat
8. t+210 glucose meter
hope this can give you an idea how to do it.
If i'm wrong , guess someone will correct me. But my protocol works well for me
