IGF IN THE FREEZER

Hello guys, I ve just received my pre-dileted IGF, I put it in the freezer for 90 minuties (dont ask why ) and it got frozen!
Now I have it in the fridge, bur it doesnt seem working, I mesaured my glucose levels on empty stomach (6,0mmol/ml) and 60 minuties after the shot of 60mcgs of IGF-1 (6,0mmol/ml) - it was unchaged while it should be changed.
Does this definitely mean that I destroyed it by the freezing or could it be already destroyed by shipping from US to Europe (6days with ice packs)

Destroyed because of reconstituting and the shipping. After reconstitution,
it must be refridgerated (or frozen if kept longer than a few days).
Id never waste money on reconstituted IGF1. And you probably thought you were saving money, right?
