Stallone admits to using Test and GH to build up his physique for the new "Rambo" film. But doctors still say that GH doesn't really do anything at all.
An excerpt from the article:
"But there's not a lot of evidence that the hormone does anything else, says George Merriam, a professor and endocrine researcher at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Seattle.
"If Mr. Stallone is taking his growth hormone shots to improve the way he looks without his shirt on, the benefits that he's talking about may be real," Merriam says. But he says most studies have consistently shown that "there isn't improvement in physical or physiological performance.""
So this fool some how separates the correlation between "looking good" and actually performing better.
I guess if I just took GH and did nothing I'd look like a bodybuilder according to this knuckle head.
Not only that, the author (whom I believe is associated with Fox News Channel) states in the opening paragraph:
"To get ready for the new Rambo movie, actor Sylvester Stallone, 61, has stated publicly that he took human growth hormone and testosterone, substances that supposedly promote a lean, muscular body."
Supposedly? If it's "Supposed" then why are baseball players and olympians being stripped of their dignity and titles if these substances are not PROVEN to work?
And finally, how does the article conclude that you can build a better body naturally - and a body of RAMBO proportions to boot? JUST GO TO SLEEP! (NO JOKE!)
""You can actually get people to test pathologically low for growth hormone by waking them repeatedly during the night," he says. "I always tell people that if you want to maximize your growth hormone, get a good night's sleep.""
I guess just because it's hot out when the sun is out doesn't mean the sun is hot, since we never really ever sent anyone into the fucking core of the sun to stick a thermometer in there and scientifically prove that it's hot. That's what this article's logic can translate into if you believed it.
