That makes me smile,,,thinking about since I stopped training with a partner, I will sit there waiting for somebody I think can hand them to me (For DB shoulder press), and if it's not somebody that's done it for me before, they will always grab it by the grip, and not the sides, even if I tell them before they pick it up.

At 18 y/o, I did 60kg(135lbs)x5 as last DB press set.

Haven't been able to do heavier because of my shoulder tendons...

i've hit 150's for a set of 5 before on a stability ball. i was also 290lbs at the time though

140's for 2 sets of 8 on incline.. at 285 lbs. I don't like doing the DB that heavy cause of lack of control always feeling like something could rip.
