i started trianing 3 days a week sun.back,bis and tris.tues chest,shoulders,neck.thurs.i do legs.i do 3 exersices,3sets.i've been on this routine for a few weeks now.my muscles are sore for days.mostly my triceps.is that ok?or should i change it up some how?
 
Listen to your body...

If you are still getting sore, that means many things, but the most important thing is that you are breaking down your muscles and getting them ready for growth. Keep up what you are doing it seems to work for you. SOme people spend years trying to find what works for them.

MAybe take each working set to failure? That is my only suggestion.
 
Whenever I change an exercise or workout, it's not uncommon for "that" muscle to get sore as the movement or angle is "new" to it. Use you "progress" as an indicator for over-training.

i'm taking each exersice to failure.if i had a training partner would be able to force 1 maybe 2 more reps.by myself i would get stuck.just wasn't sure if i was doing to many exersice per body part.i will keep trying it this way for now.
