Just curious how many of us "BB" are on BP & Colesterol meds?

I figured after my last post and wondering about the amounts of gear or life style's we choose just how many of us are on some sorts of meds?

years of AAS under their belts. gotta be some meds in use

No meds but if I had all the money I've spent on Coq-10 and omegas back to help keep it all in check I'd be a rich man....

Im on BP meds. Linsinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide/Atennolol

Cholesterol is good... just trying to bring up the HDL with Humanofort, omegas, slo-niacin

I think its more genetics for me than anything else... I had high BP as a teenager... Never new what my cholesterol was until started supplements...

On a vasodialator for high blood pressure.
after time seems as i got bigger so did my blood pressure.
and last time i went to doc i was told to "be easy on my kidneys..."

Crestor 10mg for cholesterol, but it is hereditary. I've been doing moderate doses since 97, and my blood work always come back good, slightly elevated when on, but nothing way out of range. I will now knock on wood.

None here....BP range 120/80

I think eating a clean diet w/ low soduim has a lot to do with it, unless it's hereditary.

But that's just a guess.

I take a low dose of Caduet. It's a combo BP and Cholesterol med, both are hereditary in my family so I make sure I keep them in check.

Lisinopril for BP, Lunesta for sleeeping, and more vitamins than I care to swallow.

Ever try melotonin? It's natural and works wonders!


As far as bp is concerned....I just pray the omega 3 and evening primrose oil are doing their job lol.

Bp i take Mycardis and 10mg Crestor for cholesterol. As you get older you become more concerned with other aspects of your health just not your muscle size.

Just out of curiosity what BP med are you on? And what was your BP when you started vs what it is now?

My diastolic has been jumping around a lot lately 122-146, but my systolic has been consistently around 90-92. I think it may be time for me to jump on some bp meds.

Any sides I need to worry about?
