Do you refrigerate LBA's? I received my first bottle, never used them before.

I don't.

If you do, they're pretty hard to get out of the bottle.

I used to keep a bottle in my center console of my car too; no problems over summer.

It wouldn't hurt, especially if you plan on not opening the bottles for awhile. Once it's opened I would leave it at room temp. I know mine don't last long enough to worry about once opened. I don't think they will degrade or anything unless exposed to direct sunlight or some other heat source.
