Liquid Egg whites?? Egg Protein Powder??

Do any of you guys use liquid egg whites?

Is there any benefit of the liquid over an egg white protein powder?

What about the powdered egg whites you can buy in the grocery store?

I tried those liquid egg white and it tore me up !!! I had the morst gas and stomach cramps after I had that stuff . I stick with the powders form the store . I didnt read anything that would make the liquid stuff better for you , just convience .

I eat liquid egg whites almost every morinign with my oats.....It is my favorite meal of the day after my beef and rice...
