little help please...

ive been off for awhile now, I have no libido and problems getting an erection, what could be causing this...the estrogen? I was also having these problems when i was on, I had been on test for about a year and during the last 2 months i developed these problems. I came off about 8 months ago and am still having problems. Heres my most recent bloodwork, (2wks ago) i was on clomid at this point.

Total estrogen-131pg/ml range: 130 or less
Total Test- 751ng/dl range:241-827
Free test- 22.1pg/ml range:10-55
prolactin- 6.6ng/ml range:2.1-17.7
Fsh- 17.9miu/ml range:1.6-8
Lh-14.3miu/ml range:1.5-9.3


when i had my blood work while on and was still having libido/erection problems

no estrogen b/c the doc forgot to order it

How old are you? have you tried cialis or viagra and if so did that take care of the problem? What's your cardio condition and BF level.. I had the same problem for about 3 years, I had no sex drive at all. If Jenna Jameson was in the room it wouldn't get me hard or turn me on.. I was about 24% bf and cardio was absolute crap.. as soon as I dropped the BF and got my cardio back it took care of itself.. just some food for thought.

Clomid is gonna give your lab results false anwsers. You need to find out what your body is naturally producing. Clomid will raise your test levels pretty high, even though its an anti-estrogen. Stay off the clomid for a month and get tested again. That will give you the real anwsers. You should get this tested
Free and total test
estradiol
LH
FSH
Dhea
prolactin

My guess is your still shut down. Your test is probably low, but the clomid is showing its high. Thats why your FSH is so high also

my bf% is about 13% and my cardio is pretty good. I knew that the clomid could make my estrogen levels rise, but i didnt know that it would raise my test that high. even when my test levels were high was having problems, do you think it was the estrogen levels? fully built, if this is the case what would u reccommend i do to remedy the sitution and get my libido back? thanks

You have been on for a long long time, so unfortunately its gonna take a long time to get off. I recommend you run some HCG at 1000iu's everyday for 10days. Use 20mg nolvadex everyday while on the hcg. Then do this
Days 1-10 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex
days 11-20 50mg clomid and 10mg nolvadex
days 21-30 10mg nolvadex.

Then you gotta wait a few months. At least 2months before you get retested again. You should be on nothing, but IGF or HGH is ok. I actually recommened running either of those the whole time your trying to recover b/c it will not only help with recovery but will let you keep gains more. Its gonna be a little pricey but its worth it.


Anyway thats about the best you can do for recovery. Your hitting it from all angles. The hcg will help kickstart your LH(its high now but high isnt necassarly good) but will also keep you shut down(which is fine b/c your already shut down now) then the clomid/nolvadex will help keep estro under control and help bring natural testosterone levels back. Even after this is complete your body is still gonna need time to realise it needs to start producing natual test. If I were you i'd wait 3months after the test(just use viagra or cialis in the mean time) b/c if your not recovered by then, then the odds are you probably wont ever recover and that would require you to go on HRT(basically 150mg test cypionate per week) There are no downsides to this except over time you may not be able to have kids.

Also, what doses were you taking. Map your cycle out for that year period for me, that will give me a better idea if it could have been your estrogen. What did you take/ how much per week/any anti-e's with it?,etc.....

Oddly enough the treatment you just laid out is the treatment I just finished aout 1.5-2 months ago. I have been off for close to a year...Before doing pretty much what just just recommended i had no chance at an erection. I can get one now with the aid of viagra but it still is not like normal. I can even get a semi on my own but its still not like it should be.
I was on test for about 1.25-1.5 years. high doses, anywhere from 800-1500 which i know now is absolutly ridiculous. I dont know why i have to learn the hard way....i was not on much for anti e;s b/c i never noticed much of a gyno problem.

do u still recommend that i do the same thing as i did recently?

I noticed you said you were on clomid for the blood test. Have you been on clomid the entire time you have been off? Also after you did the protocol I listed, have you used anything aas since that, proviron included, or any pro-hormones?

no i was only on clomid for a short amount of time...maybe 5 weeks. since i have come off i have not used anything but anti e's, including nolvadex, and hcg.

Ok my advice is to say off everything except HGH or IGF. No clomid, no hcg, no nolvadex, no anti-e's,no proviron,pro-hormones,etc...just eat right and still train and add GH or IGF if you want. Wait 2months and get tested again. This will let us know whats wrong. For example, if your LH is normal but test is low, thats not good, but if LH is off and so is test, you may just need even more time to recover. There are a bunch of variables but stay off for a few months, get tested and post the results.

libido starts in the BRAIN, dopamine usually will help..I would safley reccomend u try some caberloigne (dostinex) it will raise dopeamine and increase libido, and should help in the wood dept. too..
yer prolactin is low so thats not the issue, so its not to reduce prolactin ..its to raise dopamine, I'd bet that will solve the issue...ChemOne has it I belive, and its alot less than I've been paying for it the lsat few years from off shore pharms. I would start with .25 EOD or every 3rd day, and see what happens, if no response then up it to .50 but that should be all u need. I had the same prob a couple yrs back and thats what worked for me. its dopamine

.I think i will try this cabergoline idea and if that dosent work Ill just have to go with nothing. The reason I shy away from the nothin idea is that i did that for about 5-6 months to no avail. I have not had a decent hardon without the aid of viagra or cialis in a very long time. Even when i was on high doses of test i was having this problem so i believe it is either the high estrogens or perhaps the dopamine. Ill post my results...hopefully some others will read this and see that you can negatvily affect your body even when you are still young. I thought that i could not do any damage to my body with a gram of test because i was in my mid twenties, boy was i wrong. I know that I have done this to myself and I have spent almost a year trying to get back to normal. Hopefully someone will read this and it will help them no tmake the mistakes i did.

i think the cab will solve it for you..let us know..You could also try Tokong ali (sp) libido starts in the Brain not the penis..its not always hormone related so don't be so hard on yerself..you may not be at fault ..the test neither..but moderation is always good

You could have been on 100mg test per week and still be in the same boat. 1gram of test v.s. 100mg test is still gonna shut you down, its just that 1grams will shut you down harder and faster, but anything over like 5months is all gonna be the same. Being on that long without pct is gonna take a while to recover no matter what dose it was. Cabergoline may help you get erections and feel better now, but its not a permanent anwser. You still need to actually recover you will at all. Like I said, take a few more months being on nothing. GH and IGF is fine and so is cabergoline,viagra,cialis,etc.... b/c that shit wont keep you shut down. Once its been a few months get tested again and you should find your anwser.

Cryptasm is right on when he says it all starts in the brain... meaning you have to "enhance" it. And increasing your dopamine levels is indeed a good way to help reboost your libido. Cabergoline for sure, but you should also give a chance to piracetam (brand name Nootropyl). I used it first time to feel smarter (yeah I need it ), and it did his job tremendously (more concentration, improved memory, etc...), but I also noticed as a side effect that it made me much more sensitive to women attributes (no, I'm not gay ).

I really find it to be a wonder drug. Even better seems pramiracetam, but not licensed in my country yet, so I can't relate.
