Would it hurt to use a duiretic a couple times a week to flush the bloat from TRT, it's not huge bloat but some ppl get a slight bloat from TRT even with optimal levels

So is a low dose mild duiretic harmfull long term? Not a crazy bodybuilding dose to get shredded or to compete

That's a terrible idea.!!

You're having to much eatrogen conversion , probably due to way to high of a TRT dose.

Use something to control your estrogen to control the bloat , treat the cause not the effects

Not all bodybuilders take crazy diuretic doses to compete. aside from that, there’s no harm. Use a potassium sparing diuretic if you need to but control your estrogen and eat less carbs... that’s why you bloated. It’s a medication not a daily supplement

People are prescribed diuretics all the time as a long term treatment for many afflictions like high BP and Menniere's Disease.

Are switching to prop. I increased my sodium and all I can say is wow.
Could try to replace some of your carbs with healthy fats.
If none of that works, get your estrogen in control

If you have "optimal levels" yet you are still bloated then your levels are probably not optimal.!!

What does your blood work say.??

Are you sure it's actually water retention and not fat.??

I can't count the guys I'm heard say
"Bro I'm just holding some water"
No dude , you're fucking fat.

To kind of piggy back off of what Gunsmith said; what about other factors like diet? Is your bloat a consistent issue? I'm also curious what your blood work looks like, have you had that done recently?

:Close thread: Answers given. OP is fat! :p

Hard truth is you're probably soft currently and its not "bloat". You shouldn't need a diuretic consistently while on TRT.

Purging water also means purging minerals and nutrients.

Drink more water, I'd be really surprised if your perceived bloat didn't decrease while getting at least 5-6L of fluids per day
