I really dont understand how it lowers T3 or thyroid production, as it is such a good fat burner without exogenious T3. You could add it as long as you dont lose too much size normally on T3, which I do. Or you could go without it and it still is a great fat burner.
Use the method heinzy said use it 25/50/75/100 up the dosage as the weeks progress is what I mean. I only have a comment about the GH though or question why 7 months?
