Does anyone use really high calories for there macro ratios? Ive worked with Phil before and ever since have made good gains eating in ratios...right now I am doing about 60/60/20. I eat only when hungry with small exceptions (usually try to get in something post workout and before I go to bed). I have been debating almost doubling it or keeping the same ratios and going up to something like 100/100/35. Thinking about doing this only because of time constraints and the high of amounts of calories I already consume on a daily basis. Would this make much of difference? Does anyone else do this or what do you think I can expect from this.
