I'm just curious as to what the most bcaas you've run as a supp have been and what were the results??? I'm thinking of going as high as 60g a day and running it along with Phil's Liquid Beef Amino's and whey isolate. Just curious as I haven't previously gone over 10gs a day of bcaas but after talking with a friend he said he has much better results at 50gs then with ten I was thinking it's worth a shot. Any help?
