Carpe Diem! Indeed mi primo! So, check out this Supra, IDK if it’s a new Toyota Supra that is coming out or an old one customized .? My papa had a 97 Supra all decked out when I was a kid but sold it. Ever since , I’ve looked for one (all raced, wrecked , or waaay overpriced) but if it is a new one that is coming out; I’d try and get a deposit down. I have an EV for travel & local but other cars to sell; (@14 , I bought my first Cj-7 Jeep and started just cleaning & detailing & my pops best friend owned a customization shop for Candy paint(I didn’t get that) but he ordered me little things to make it look bad ass; flat black paint,’camo, red & clear all sold within a week. But, I kept the last 2 and a perfect 12mi Cj-8, still on my parents land in pole barn covered. It was gonna be my kids college money(lol) but , I’d sell em for that car! I’d drive it a little of course but I would capsule the car for 20-25 yrs; then sell . Its gotta be a limited release or special one year edition. Does anyone know ? Had a few sick days that were not fun. It wasn’t Covid but may have been a flu or just food born illness. It sucked and I felt weak for a day but now I’m back at full force. Did my AM cardio Early due to hours being off. I actually took two personal days/sick; which hasn’t happened in forever. I was a bit paranoid as I am around a ton of people; especially last month. Liking these high reps but am excited for a more hypertrophy type training. I did need this for sure; taught e me patience. 👌

Feeling Hungry as Ever ! Had to really drink a ton of water! I imagine I had maybe 1/3 my normal intake. Got the good intra pumps going and took some extra EEA/hbdcs/electrolytes intra workout plus extra 5 g Creatine/100 Dex:Waxy carbs/Taurine 6g/3.5 beta alanine and post workout. I feel I gotta a proper trashing of my shoulders as I am having a hard time lifting my arm to my Bubba Water !! Lol. Have a nice lil surprise Tomorrow! See you then .

I am finally heading back to NY for first time since 2020. I am looking forward to the food of course and I can actually wear some stylish clothing, even a Jacket! Lol. So many places to go in one short week but I will be in Soho, close to alot of fun. Idk what it is but people get me there, maybe it’s because I’m mostly in the gyms and shows but, guys & girls love, love bodybuilding in NY/NJ (and I live in a Mecca of sorts). 3 types of pizza, a few Jewish delis, and the Doner Trucks(kebab) !!! Super excited. Hopefully I will get some good pics with some local talent. Hit some front squats today as it had been a while, now I’m not looking forward to Cardio in a few hrs. Had a really good session yesterday, even with all the busy, busy work. I can’t wait to hit a split workout again. Seems like it has been too long, but I definitely benefited these past months and enjoy the high reps. But as we all know , hypertrophy comes in many forms so I am gonna try and put on some size in certain areas and more maturity and Sharpen my lines/torso/low back/tie ins . I will be heading out Sun. Got my Caber(hopefully I don’t need it), Provi and decided to stick with a high anabolic type cycle for my bulk. I am going against my own thoughts an use KISS method, at request of my Papa. He thinks I can rely on my good diet/prep skills and constant intake of aminos to gain tissue over a longer period and save the strong oral/inj PED’s for cut! I originally planned primo but he mentioned my cut is Para/primo/prop-ace….so it made sense to me . Although it’s low test I feel like it is about equal to 500-600mg test e or cyp.
I am gonna use weekly(divide total over 3inj)
Mixed Test esters 400mg
Mixed nandrolones 300mg (npp-decanoate)
Equipoise- 500mg undecylenate(may bump)

Still working on my gh/pep schedule as I talk with MD about (his glargine insulin protocol vs a bodybuilders normal, once in the AM. I don’t quite understand his knowledge(which far surpasses mine) but I need to see how a 2 x day schedule with “what I think” are tiny doses. He claims today, when I come in he will explain it all to me and how he even came to this conclusion. Was just gonna do an AM inj 4x a week and increase as I went for blast but I am gonna listen : I will let you know. Wasn’t aware of how we pay about 400% more for insulin than other countries!
My pops said “inventor Frederick Banting discovered insulin in 1923, he refused to put his name on the patent. He felt it was unethical for a doctor to profit from a discovery that would save lives. Banting's co-inventors, James Collip and Charles Best, sold the insulin patent to the University of Toronto, for a mere $1 ! Well, he wanted the “critical to survive” patients to get it free worldwide….once drug companies got involved they changed his utopian plan. Anyway, I had to mention ; went grocery shopping and my normal pick up (usually four hundred-$430, was $614.21)! This is ridiculous and I saw gas at near $6gal! I have burn gas and electric but…looks like I won’t be driving the Jeep much. Just got back from my work vacation which was productive. When I got home, I had surprise visitors and they wanted to go to the indoor Range and shoot - AK-47, Shotgun, and some 9mm . All the sudden these two pulled up. One was a wrap and the other had a wrap and a body kit . I definitely want to look into that biz, the cars are great but I have boring black and now me & my cousins are looking into all the new mods that are out & more hopefully . It was so weird cuz my cousin Just had customized mine on my screen to turquoise. Anyway, I’m home and will update you on my blast and training .

Had a really good session yesterday, even with all the busy, busy work. I can’t wait to hit a split workout again. Seems like it has been too long, but I definitely benefited these past months and enjoy the high reps. But as we all know , hypertrophy comes in many forms so I am gonna try and put on some size in certain areas and more maturity and Sharpen my lines/torso/low back/tie ins . I will be heading out Sun. Had a few sick days that were not fun. It wasn’t Covid but may have been a flu or just food born illness. It sucked and I felt weak for a day but now I’m back at full force. Did my AM cardio Early due to hours being off. I actually took two personal days/sick; which hasn’t happened in forever. I was a bit paranoid as I am around a ton of people; especially last month. Liking these high reps but am excited for a more hypertrophy type training. I did need this for sure; taught e me patience. 👌

I am starting my bulk, right after having the cold/flu for the past 4 days(which sucked,probably from air travel). I am 213 and super hungry, lol(probably be 217 by end of the day!lol). My target macros are going to be finished up for me(I’m trying something new) . This is the first 8-10 weeks but, I will hopefully run for a few months, Just depends on my progress. This is a lot less work than I’m used to so….we shall see if I modify it! 😂. I will give it my 110% and see if less is more ! This one is more about gaining weight and strength, then I’ll switch to a more bodybuilding style hitting all the little muscle groups. I am finally starting back full bore! Super pumped and my workouts have been great.

Getting used to the whole set up of this plan. I am eating a bit differently than normal. I am taking in 4 meals and 2 shakes daily(am/post) with a pre/intra enhanced water w hbcd/electrolytes. My main goal is weight and strength gain. I am just starting out so we shall see how it goes. I am noticing that I’m more tired than usual but; This is kinda normal when I increase my androgens. Just cardio today with some manual HITT type training with the assisted deep fascia stretching
Had some phenomenal high protein pasta with lean pork and beef meatballs ! Omg , I passed on the bread but made sure I had a huge Wedge salad 🥗. Delicious. I keep having a huge sugar cravings after I eat and it was bothersome so I started to eat 2 pieces of fruit before my meals or after but it is helping a lot ! I have ancient grains cereal but right next to it is a Friggin Ginormous Bag of DynoBites that I bought after my last competition…..I just wanna eat a full salad bowl filled to the top right now! Lol. I’ll stick with 10oz cottage cheese w black pepper and one garlic clove (it’s good…if U like cottage cheese ) I haven’t found any cherries lately so, plain or with some eggs. Hope everyone had a good HUMP DAY ! I’m getting in the swing of things and just living life. I did run into the hottest mixed Asian I think I’ve ever seen . She looked like that tall one from “Crazy, Rich Asians” OMG, she was super nice and I got her for 3 hrs so; we shall see how it goes . I’m almost …well about 80% sure she’s single but , I don’t know for sure . No ring though 😁🙏🙏

Things are starting to click into place, the workout is a lot harder than I thought . I am enjoying going to different gyms training people.
