That’s the thing , I have a second …(interview/ audition) for a work gig; it was supposed to be over a month ago but they stopped production due to Covid, but they re- scheduled for next week. It is gonna make the decision if I get it or not ; if I get it ; I’ll be staying low bf% while bulking (which I hate). So it would just be increased test 500 w 200npp , Provi 25mg twice daily , w large gh IM injections 3x a week Post workout. If I don’t get it - test 500/Primo 500/300 deca w my GH I use Semorelin forte plus on the other 4 days and CJC w Dac 1,000mcg one dose a week. I use gda’s (insulin mimic blend &
t4) based on my blood tests and checking my B/G (but I’ve done The 3 day gh/4 day peptide and checked my b/g (200 strips ) after different meals/kcals , waking ) before and after inj (as if I was using insulin) . I don’t use it , but I am always trying to increase my sensitivity and not let
My levels go crazy.

Soon I will know but, Im excited either way. I only did two 4 week blasts (during a whole year once (just my Rx TRT) which is super low) and 2.5iu gh
w 25mg Provi all year and got even bigger. Im convinced it is all about the food/timing and really optimizing levels (based on my past mapping /journalng) . Prepping/cooking/eating is 5x harder than training for sure (time consuming).

Monday over and another day begins! My Focus is to consolidate all of “‘my work and financials” so I can fully concentrate on getting my new training program going for off season bulk(which should last a while using lower amount of PED’s for a longer period(tentatively based on growth or lack there of). Things are coming together, my hand and wrist(had tiny surgery- just lump/cyst)are good to go(always hurts)But doesn’t affect my training or growth. Had a good training session with a new client on Tuesday. I worked in because of my schedule and he sent a msg that he can’t get out of bed, lol. I hit hams/biceps/abs/calves . He wanted to do my normal workout😂. I literally was just going to work in, doing his plan and I should not let him talk me into it but ; I wasn’t gonna say no ; especially him being new . He probably thinks that I did did it on purpose ! I assure you ; I didn’t do anything extra or push harder, but I did use a bit slower (just so he learns good form). Hopefully he shows up Friday , lol 😆
I ate all seafood yesterday with A lot of
Rice and OMG; I could not feel full no matter what ! So I had a 8oz Cottage cheese , 1/2 Avocado , w 2 soft boiled eggs . It definitely filled me up (i usually don’t eat that much fat at once . Have a great Day @ work! 💪

Well it seems the mask mandates are lifting in certain areas, which I’ve already noticed more traffic @ the gyms; so that is good news and a lot more comfortable. It was becoming part of a uniform that nobody wants to wear. Im working 7 days a week and I do not mind ! I started to increase my poundage on some of my lifts; I am staying on my same supps while raising my calories. Once I hit a complete plateau on weight & strength…..Then I will start my blast - of Tests/Nan mix/Primo (I’ve always went with the traditional adrol/Dbol so; trying a new approach as I am going for a bit longer than my 6-8-10 weeks(Provi is a given) . Sore as a mofo! This week is 100 reps per exercise at my maximum weight/effort used until I hit my 10 reps for each 10 sets . It was time to “Shock my system!”. Omg, definitely torture but, looking forward to some upper work today. Having some Grilled Thighs and Flank Steaks Today w my rice/veg/fruits. Just that makes my day! Feel strong w some fats (that I need to make it through long sessions). It could be done quick, but I made myself sit 2-3 min between sets; even though I wanted to go faster! Lol
There are sooo many Bikini/Fitness/Physique competitors, IG/Reddit/OnlyFans girls at all the gyms lately. Most around here I know but, it’s always surprises me when I see what a few do on “NSFW” sites and they seem so regular; even conservative when speaking to them at gym or event/stores around towns. Some are unrecognizable (makeup/outfits). No Judgement here! I don’t really care unless they are someone I love. (which I have only “Loved” one girl in my life)…but I like plenty ! Sorry for your loss brother, and I completely understand that you're confused about it. I bet if half the people that took their own life realized what it does to those of us left behind, they wouldn't have done it.

Had a good friend take his own life a couple years ago. Made no sense at all. I know quite a few people that if they were to take their own life I would think "yeah, I saw that coming," but not with this guy. He was the last person I would have seen doing it.

Just a few days before he took himself out we were planning a fishing trip together, and he was talking about the new house he was gonna be building......so when I got the news I was shocked. It just made no damn sense.

Anyways, again I'm sorry for your loss bro. These things are lessons for all of us to cherish our loved ones, and not take them for granted.

Sorry for your loss brother I’m sending prayers to you and your family and friends. We will never know why this happens. Stay strong and take time to heal. Every day is a gift enjoy life and all the little things we take for granted. 💪
 
Appreciate it all! He is gone , but not forgotten. He had taken Paxil since 15 for his social anxiety, apparently they switched his medication and he told a roommate “I quit taking it cuz I feel like I’m really going nuts “ but the roommate didn’t really understand. (As a lot of guys wouldn’t) . He as 20 , hung himself in garage . Totally sober , educated , had mad Pussy. Just brain chemicals or meds caused him to do it. His family is just devastated. He did write a note and said he wanted me & my bothers to spread his ashes out surfing. So , that is what we will do. It’s crazy cuz I had a client 30yr old Lawyer ; top of his game , no depression , everything but he smoked cigarettes and his partners at his firm had him Take Chantix to quit (or he had to find another firm ) . He took it , a while later (10 days or so ) they found him dead . Shot himself . Come to find out, they had a large slew of suicides from that Drug . (I didn’t see anything on Tv ) but , I’m mindful of anyone using substances natural or synthetic. Just known or being watchful of anyone young , especially if they take or are on a drug. Even parents . My papa just had stones and all that, I definitely was watchful after his procedures. Appreciate all the PM’s and emails .

Had a better day and trained really hard! I was able to start making jokes and be funny at times(so that’s a good sign). I do thank you all and all the really nice PMs/emails/calls. I just actually saw a bunch in “spam, idk why your in my contacts” so you’ll get an Email”. I am not used to the 100 reps! I tricked my self and picked hanging serratus crunches which was actually 200 reps(I would have just thought of another) it took the wings after 5 sets ; “So they ARE Handy!”. I have eaten all fruit and meats w Lean Dairy(cottage/kefir/Greek yogurt). I need complex carbs. Idk why but I just wanted single food - like just a bowl of Strawberries, 10 halos , 3 apples , then I would eat a large grilled piece of meat , but separately . Guess I just didn’t want to think, my appetite was shot for about 24 hrs, then I ate waaay too much , now I’m on track, 216- 219 last few days. I did drink a ton of water all day, I did sleep (a lot longer than normal, I set my phone alarm so I would be up @ 4:30am (usually 3:30-4am). Everything is good just holding for a short time ; need to get Gh/Caber & Provi before start! After the prolactin sneak attack happened(I am never taking a chance) . I usually try to speed through(while using great form), but sitting for 2-3min literally for every set is…..A long ass time! But I am able to relax and actually speak to someone(which I would refuse prior). I always “I will get w you after my training”! Head nod! Lol. Well, I started noticing the persons who walked up (which is kinda tricky); that they wouldn’t ever come back to talk or were gone. Now that I am able to talk (just a minute or so) they even spot you AND, I got 3 new clients in one week(at my main gym, which was nice). Idk if it’s my cousin passing or if I am just being more mindful of others feelings. Either way, it is positive and I will continue to be “not so short or dismissive” of others. It’s different when your on a tight schedule(hence night and/or super early training. Keep killing it at the gym. This is the life for sure.

But, I kept the last 2 and a perfect 12mi Cj-8, still on my parents land in pole barn covered. It was gonna be my kids college money(lol) but , I’d sell em for that car! I’d drive it a little of course but I would capsule the car for 20-25 yrs; then sell . Its gotta be a limited release or special one year edition. Does anyone know ?
