Wow! My Legs are still tore up! Helped a lot once I started lifting though! A lot of guys seem to be kicking things into high gear(so to speak, lol). I am not gonna lie, I am looking forward to doing an array of different exercises and kick in my Cardio! Still gaining for a bit, so I am not sidetracked! I wanted to do the whole plan @ Home gym but, after feeling all the new pain/soreness; I am good with it. Basically it IS all done in my lil studio. Just one low body, all machine day! I just wanted to be able to say I did it completely @ home but, really I am . I only train in gyms when I am traveling or working. I still need a lot of items but, over time it should be great. My focus is more on getting into Cyborg Mode so I have a good end result, which I will, even if I don’t win, I know I will have showcased my best self for physique. I am telling you; I think my supplements cost twice as much as other. Adding the food and it’s a Mortgage for some, lol. Luckily I have some good industry friends that help me with discounts and free items. I just started using Toniq for certain new purposes. Besides Berberine HCL, I just ordered Phosphatidylserine 400mg standardized to 50% , and Ashwagandha Ultra High Strength Capsules - equals 19,500mg 15x Concentrated Extract. Add it in during my cut to try and see if it will lower my stress/cortisol. We shall see ! Have a nice evening!

Holy Moly!! I have been super happy but, am working my ass of @ my Biz, my training, my prep, relationship&family. I have been practicing my mindfulness and small sessions of 5-10min Meditation w Controlled Breathing Technique. It is a great way to naturally treat stress-anxiety(mental or physical) and I do it for that reason. When working and training so hard and unable to stop for 16hr-18hrs straight sometimes; you may not have have clinical anxiety/stress and you may feel happy as well. Being anxious or stressed doesn’t always manifest as what most people define it as: I can have Positive Physical STRESS, anxiety can also not be recognized by the individual mentally. A lot of people have never talked to anyone or have been educated on human physiology, bio- neuro- chemical processes/reactions and the differences. I personally don’t panic, I am not scared; but I know I have stress/anxiety based on my tough workload each day and the less than recommended sleep daily. I am mentally, really happy and feel good, but for bodybuilders/lifters(hard workers)you may wonder why you are not making positive changes to your body when you eat good, train hard, and even use the best supplements. The human body releases or doesn’t release : a ton of naturally occurring chemicals/hormones and each person is unique. Cortisol also known as the “Stress hormone” is a catabolic steroid and can definitely be a reason for any of the above or not. I am an advocate for living life to the fullest, to be a positive/happy individual. I also want good results from my hard work. I highly recommend learning new things every day as it can help you and those around you.

The dietary supplements are marketed under the brand names Boosted Kratom, The Devil’s Kratom, Terra Kratom, Sembuh, Bio Botanical, and El Diablo. The seized products are worth approximately $1.3 million.

FDA stated its position in warning letters that NAC couldn’t be lawfully sold in a dietary supplement because the ingredient was first approved as a drug in 1963. Amazon-GNC is removing all supplements containing NAC.

Back to reality :traffic, work, shop, prep,
pay bills. I actually had a great day, felt strong and filled my quotas. I have been tinkering with some new eating strategies but I know that smaller, clean meals multiple times a day is where I will be. Low fat and mainly carbs, more lean proteins, minimal fats. High fatty acids/omegas/ fisn oils to keep my brain and hormones on track but I add so much fresh fruit And vegetables(raw and Cooked. Definitely staying away from sugars, crappy carbs and processed foods. I found that if you keep the food good With high fiber-high nutritional value and time/optimize your hormones well; you just get quality gains. A lot of people do great on this zone or Keto but low fat is where it’s at for me. I’ll save the no/low carbs for close to competition, then fill em up!!

I got a new pair of cardio shoes from my girl, so sweet. I haven’t had a pair of Brooks....ever, apparently It helps prevent back and joint issues if you have decent shoes.

About 2 more weeks before I start my 12 week cut, getting excited. Omg, I haven’t used clen forever and took 20mg 1/2 tablet, my lord it was sooo strong. Idk if it was because it has been forever or what but, it was super strong. Definitely gonna use a deft hand. I will be lowering my kcals by about 400 at first and introducing cardio in a different style but I will log perfectly as I want to keep as much muscle as possible. Have a good week and enjoy killing it at your gym (home or commercial).

Have had some incredible new meals lately; getting ready to change up my macros; I am trying new prep ideas. My complex carb choices and introduction of a lot more fiber will hopefully help with the lower calories and hunger! Lol. I foresee a lot of salads and large portions of seafood.
