Depends on how big your delts are Some people can do 3cc no problem.

Ive done 3cc no problem. It depends on your size and what are you going to inject. Ive done 3cc of test prop, but wish i hadnt!

3cc water based suspension would probably hurt like hell.

ive done 2cc of eq or 2ccs of test cyp fine but i did a cc of tren ace and 1 cc of sust at the same time n holy shitballs was that a painful 2 days

3ccs no problem. Now 3ccs of prop like maldorf has mentioned? Yeah that hurts like a bitch. I've done 2ccs of prop and I couldn't move my arm for a few days w/o pain.

I was a newb and did two injections of 2 mL each in one delt of synthetine and felt like a got hit with a bat along with possibly nicking a nerve, ouch!

i did a 4 with some nian enanthate on saturday. slight twinge in the afternoon but after that it was ok.

IP's QV stuff was awesome at a 4ml. I think it was tren E that I did. didnt hurt a bit either.

i had a hot bath after to ease it a bit but overall its been ok.

a hot bath is great for dispersing juice into the muscle and easing soreness
