Pretty sure he’s still active over at ASF
 
I spoke with him pretty much everyday. When the floods happened where he is located all communication stopped. I’m pretty sure everything is fine with him just not sure why the sudden stop of communication on multiple forums, emails, message apps.
 
I see him in the VIP from time to time...Hasn't posted much openly lately though that I've noticed?!
 
Hey! Missed all of you and am glad you guys are doing well . I am good 🤙💪🙌. I will be done with this work & family project soon and back to posting on a normal daily basis. You frigginguys made me laugh , smile, and are a great bunch🙏. Anyway - I’m still busy but, will pop in and let you see some of my latest projects 🙌🙌. I didn’t plan on “not posting” for this long ……I just needed some time & made some family & work & relationship commitments that turned into a much longer ordeal . It was not anyones fault , Just my own.

Can’t wait to talk to everyone and see how you guys are all doing . I truly missed all of my friends .

Idk about enjoyed …well yeah a bit but, was going 24-7 working and all kinds of travel.
I started my Winter Bulk Last week and am doing the Big 6 (Max-Modified). I be posting up my plan and logging for my 2 - 2023 competitions. Have to prep a lot of food every other day it seems . I like to make 4 days worth at a time . So this is my Winter Plan(first 8 weeks) and I am excited to start my Blast! Feeling very healthy and am healthy and already fit to start. This is for the first 8 weeks at minimum before changing anything as far as exercise protocol (I’ll need to add test if my E2 gets low which it will). I will be introducing other new and needed compounds ie. (AAS/SARM/PEPTIDES/TABS/PARTITIONING AGENTS/BLENDS) throughout winter plus PWO’s. I have so many great new cooking & prepping appliances, accessories, and knowledge. I have MD managed health care along the way which is important to me. Nothing is getting in my way and I feel that I will progress upwardly in multiple areas of my life. My first goal is to Win Overall in my Class/Division! I am wishing everyone happy holidays and pray for all our past, present, and future members. Once the porn(food/ladies) starts…you’ll know “IT” kicked in. That reminds me; I need MT1 & 2 🍆🍆 😂.

Saturday was great, a lot of “out of town” visits, fresh faces, and BOOTY! Made sure to schedule bookings/work at multiple sites. Gonna be in some severe pain these next weeks judging by how I feel as I type…I welcome it. Prepping and Shopping is more frequent due to eating fresh fruits vegetables which perish fast. I don’t buy pre-cut, ready to eat (even IF fresh) due to prices. I’d rather pay .98 cents for a Large Celery (washing, slicing, etc). *Max Tip- Wrap with foil but leave open ends or end; it lasts so much longer. If you have any tips for keeping fruits or vegetables last longer please chime in. Neck breakers were everywhere and I definitely got into trouble, lol (good and bad). Great workouts too

Had a good time last night after training and a long busy weekend. Made some great steaks (I like rare if it’s quality meat), med-rare if it’s cheap meat or I am not sure about it. I cannot wait to hit some….sleep! Lol. My cousin bought this Bronco this weekend and I love the new look. She deserves it for sure, such a good person and works her butt off.

BTW- I broke up with my girlfriend, had to kick her out (all these past two weeks). At least it’s over. My previous relationship was the most serious I’ve had. This one was moving really fast…I could tell something was up with her(and her family); then, all the girls/women in my family (which is massive)…they all would say, “I get bad vibes coming from ber”’or “she has a bad aura, something bad happened and she’s shady, lying about something…” . Well, she was! and her family basically were coached how to act and what to say or not say. Basically , she used to be {someone else) and fully had plenty of chances to “come clean” . Guess she was ashamed of herself and her past actions. The thing is, I could have looked past it but ; since she decided to continue to lie , have others cover for her, i won’t even talk to her EVER. Shit, my previous relationship was the most serious I’ve had and we are good still. This one is gonna have to move out of state, I’d hate to see her go anywhere in this city, run into any of my sisters, female cousins, aunts, clients, basically every gym too. The worst part is that she had a pit and I liked that dog. Anyway, that’s been happening, I am fine, it’s due. Glad I was never monogamous with her, but I did spend all that wasted time..(I don’t care about the stuff or $$), it can be replaced. Blows my mind what some will do just to try and “marry in” to a nice family and who knows what she would have done !
