She had everything I like physically, I couldn’t just let her walk by after running into her twice with a smile . I am carbing up, getting my energy levels up for the onslaught of calories I’m going to take in. I know a lot of you eat low carbs or another type of diet but, I concentrate most on my carb intake and the timing of my meals . My protein intake is like “automatic” after years of sports & bodybuilding…gaining or dropping weight for competitions and photoshoots. My weight training is going to be about hitting the big lifts and sticking to 5-8 reps on most exercises, 12-15 reps on my lower body(only because I’ve done lower than 10 reps most of my life. Tomorrow is Bang Day! I started Caber this week and my new training will be starting Friday. I went shopping for all of my food and am prepping with my sister and mom this weekend. Have a few new “inspirational” items around the house to keep me focused . Keep my mind right and on the prize ! There will be no chatting or interruptions in the gym , just pounding out the weights and pushing my self and my goal for that day . I got in a few meals and have my new waist trainer (which I will implement longer and longer each day but, not during weights) . Hope you have a kick ass month! I saw interest rates go up btw …bet food costs will go way up. Started ordering my Alaskan seafood and Texas Meats in bulk again . Just makes it simple and easy , no frills ; just good organic or local fresh food.

Got loaded up on most of my supplements as far as trying to fight the PED’s sides .
I am going to try a higher dose of this Tudca w milk thistle Bioperine®️, A new brand of Circumin that is clear (i drink and eat USDA Tumeric just by the tablespoon)
I do like to make Golden Milk at night but if I cannot I just have my Sleepytime Extra (2 tea bags ) , P5P , fatty acids - mainly fish, but also hemp/flax/Chia seed oils. MSM/Black seed oil, Na-R-Ala, 3 g each Trimethylglycine , inj MIC w b-12 , inj NAD+ . Has anyone used the injectable or nasal Gluthianone? I’ve only used the oral versions , but I hear it can help with liver protection . I also use MT2 (afamelanotide) when needed for skin UV protection, tanning (also has positive sexual sides for me but also past girlfriens who used the (MT-1/Vyleesi®️ Also called “ (Bremalanotide/PT-141) “. I found Melanotan 2 works best for me. I only use sub q but they tried the nasal spray and it works too . The troches for buccal or sublingual are mixed with Cialis and oxytocin but are massively overpriced.

Lastly - anyone know the fastest way to clean up your liver, kidney, cholesterol levels 48 hrs before your test ? My doc spung one on me after filling my excessive Rx’s. I can push the appointment but only a few days . Just wondering besides the fasting . A statin or …I’m not worried about my liver but, I always seem to need higher hdl . ⬅️

Made some Loco Moco ! I miss Hawaii, I could eat that Erryday. I’m super hot 🥵;seems like in can eat a whole Turkey and it doesn’t go away! Good start and I feel good. My body definitely looks forward to sleeping but that is a luxury! I haven’t added any caffeine so that is good. I look forward to gym time, it’s like you want to overtrain so you have to concentrate on diet more just to keep yourself from hitting the floor and “give me 50!” 😁. All the girls are looking good so it’s kind of like Tren goggles ! 😆💦. Better post those Asses cuz Saturday night someone is getting picked ! Have a good Night !

I had a busy and fun weekend . Made some Gumbo which I have plenty of leftovers for extra meals! Averaging 60-75g protein per meal right now, my carbs are high unless eating a higher fat meal . My Strength is really going up nicely ! Loving the start of a good cycle, definitely will have to watch my total calories because “You can eat 24/7” which may be good for some, bad for others.
The changes in my reps and sets are difficult to say the least, but i am adapting and sometimes my time at the gym is just longer . I already am outgrowing my night job clothes; which is crazy.

Workouts are fabulous, I had uncontrollable erections all last night and today which kinda sucked ! I’m talking hours! The Trest must be doing it because it’s the only new item besides Zhpc Ztropin rHGH 16iu vials (160iu kits). I increased my fiber by 15 more grams(now at 40-45 per day). I’ve found that I’m able to get most through fruits/vegetables/beans/lentils(pastas made with lentils:cassava:etc ..but I am adding Organic Baobab Fiber after my mom advised me about it. I’ve heard of it but she’s been using it for over a year and her skin, hair, and gut health has improved.
“Here as quick tip/info : The baobab fruit is 50% fiber, of which 75% is water-soluble prebiotic dietary fiber. It can increase the good bacteria, help you to feel satiated quicker and for longer, slowing the intake of sugar to the blood and therefore regulating blood sugar levels, contains 6 times as much vitamin C as oranges, and Per 100 grams, baobab actually has more soluble fiber than psyllium.”
You have soluble and insoluble forms of fiber: Psyllium fiber, cellulose fiber, Inulin, Pectins, and Beta-Glucans. If you don’t like Kynoselen, Benefiber, or Metamucil, give it a try. It has a sweet/sour taste kinda like a bland pear, but is easy to take. My reason for taking is….every single benefit! Seems fiber and water are thee two best things a person can take in. The more I see my family age, the better tips I’m getting before I need it(especially coming from past & current fitness and bodybuilding experts who used PED’s most of their lives and are all currently on some form of HRT/TRT and/or anti aging.
Finally got my older sister to fall into line! Lol

Omg, doing these extra reps/sets takes quite a bit longer to finish. I wouldn’t lower my weight so I just had to rest a bit more between sets. I’m listening to my body but I’m very strong, like a fucking Ox. It was weird though because (must be the MENT/DBol combo) half way through front squats, I could have pushed out more reps! Like I recovered super fast. I only drank water so it wasn’t anything else. I do notice: Watch your calories and weigh your food ! If I hit a buffet …you’d find me passed out with 17 plates ! My hunger is un-ending from morning until when ever I wake! I have a mini fridge by my bed with isolate(zero sugar) shake, boiled eggs, cheese, jerky, and raw nuts, cold water which is nice.

Highly recommend it for anyone(especially if blasting). Started the baobab fiber today and noticed that I did have to go to the bathroom post use ! Lol .

A DELICIOUS MAX RECIPE FOR ALL!! (Can put your spin on it )!!



For the Mojo:

8 medium garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons (8g) ground cumin

2 teaspoons (8g) freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup (about 1 small handful) minced fresh oregano leaves

1/2 cup (120ml) fresh orange juice from 1 to 2 oranges (see notes)

1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice from 3 to 4 limes (see notes)

1/4 cup (60ml) extra-virgin olive oil

Kosher salt

⚡️Sub: (Badia or Goya pre-made Marinade)



For the Pork and to Finish:

1 (6-8 pound; 3-3.5kg) boneless pork shoulder roast, rind removed

1/4 cup (about 1 small handful) finely chopped fresh mint leaves

3 tablespoons (about 3 very large pinches) finely chopped fresh oregano leaves

Lime wedges, for serving



You can use Bahn Mi/Po’Boy bread 🥖 for the best Cubanos : add good smoked or boiled ham from deli , Swiss or Gruyère, yellow mustard and pickles. Drizzle w Italian Herb Oil/garlic and Use a panini press or iron skillet for indoor grilling w/ another heavy pan or a heavy brick covered in foil to PRESS and melt everything! So good 😊!!

If you can’t or won’t eat bread you can use *Steamed rice or Potatoes or Vermicelli Noodles(gluten free also) or Black Beans or Pinto beans (⚡️pic: Lunchito Mexican Bean Line of pouches are decent if you don’t really cook . Depending what’s on sale or quality, I buy either a big

•6-9lb Beef or Pork Shoulder(Butt)

•Mojo Sauce (Badia or Goya) work for fast !

•Mexican or Greek Oregano w Fresh pressed/finely diced garlic make a huge difference in the massive flavor !



I used a 7 lb beef butt roast for this and mixed the pan juices w some corn starch to thicken a bit . You can add bone beef broth too. I made Grilled Sandwiches , had over baked potatoes/sliced air fryer:eek:ven fried, meat over rice (easily reheat in air fryer or

Microwave) . Make it for your girl or family , they’ll love it ❤️💪👏. I eat 120carbs from rice , 80-130g protein,(animal fat, removed most). I am looking forward to having a cheat meal! Of course since I wrote about Cubanos, that is gonna be the one 👍. I will skip the fries for sure so I get a nice amount of protein. Actually not too much fat anyway, but they are sooo delicious. My training is going awesome and I am excited to get my pump on. This program has so many details that if you don’t actually read it and see the differences in reps, sets, and it’s constantly confusing my system (which is a good thing). I am outside of my comfort zone and it’s completely new to me each day. I wish everyone a blessed weekend🙏, I am gonna make sure to get blessed too 😁. I’m training tomorrow as well just getting in some isolated bicep:peak/forearm work; plan on some hammer curls, preacher straight bar curls, Reverse Curls, Regular and Reverse wrist curls(hand off end of bench).

Today I have two weeks down and my weight is 215lbs/low bf%, most think I’m 230+lbs. I felt a bit sluggish week 1&2 but, not too bad as long as I stay hydrated and have my coffee. That is fading a bit and my appetite and power are kicking hard. I have slept longer without waking at all each sleep time which is really rare. I enjoy that part, must be the Ztropin GH plus I am eating a good last meal plus my night snack meal : a Coffee mug of Cottage Cheese, hard boiled egg/s with 1/4 cup nut blend pistachio/macadamia/walnuts in ziplock snack bags or jerky/fruit/nuts/eggs pack.

I am holding some water which is expected but it’s probably what’s helping my power move up rapidly. My BP/HR is under at resting and spikes during workouts of course. I’m going to start using my waist trainer at work or at home after first four weeks. **Vacuums and Posing will be done at ends of workouts. I feel it’s an important part of adding detail and helps my stage endurance/presence. Remember, reach at least one goal daily!
