Front Squats: 5×8 285lb
Inverted Double Crunches 5x8 10sec hold
Been getting everything ready for my NY/NJ trip. I’m a bit stressed but a good stress. I am working with new people so that is always awkward but super fun. I get typecasted/judged right away as the Cali Surfer-Bodybuilder with no brains, lol! Sometimes it benefits me so I just go with it. My food has been helping soo much! I don’t think I’d be able to get the right calories just two years ago: I post up a lot of great food but I’ve been taking in so much more fiber, fruits, vegetables, nuts , and seafood than in my past. I still need to cut my red meat consumption down but..not now, lol. Remember, reach at least one goal daily!
