Been getting everything ready for my NY/NJ trip. I’m a bit stressed but a good stress. I am working with new people so that is always awkward but super fun. I get typecasted/judged right away as the Cali Surfer-Bodybuilder with no brains, lol! Sometimes it benefits me so I just go with it. My food has been helping soo much! I don’t think I’d be able to get the right calories just two years ago: I post up a lot of great food but I’ve been taking in so much more fiber, fruits, vegetables, nuts , and seafood than in my past. I still need to cut my red meat consumption down but..not now, lol. Remember, reach at least one goal daily!

It was Amazing and also pretty iconic for me . I travel a lot and for some reason(packed out), I never had been to (Lombardi’s) . I love Lou Malnati’s in Chicago (used to like Gino’s East but they went downhill, Nicola in Delaware(luv Stromboli) my cheat food almost everytime is gonna be Italian(pasta & bread) cuz I rarely eat those items, also Mexican is my #1 (tacos de Lengua, pastor , Asada, sesos y cabeza, pollo, carnitas) all tacos and taquitos w guacamole! I do love the Caldo(soups) w shrimp or meat. Mojarra is what I order when just hitting a new small lil place to try it out (it’s whole small fish(or large) w rice/beans and fresh tortillas/side vegetables to see if they are any good (that and the Al Pastor) . Gawd ! Now I’m starving and I just had a massive chicken/steak bowl w half an avocado.

I’m only up to 50mg twice a week. Started at 20mg. I am gonna go up to 200mg twice a week for 6mo and hopefully I see a change on bloodwork and see/feel changes , otherwise I’ll have to re-think it’s use . I’m hopeful though .

I tried to gauge how much weight to do as this workout is completely different. All the high sets and less reps (but then it will be low sets/high reps too)’, but basically it will take this week to figure it out l. It’s soo hard and It took me 2hrs to do. I actually love it because it’s soo Differint from what I’m used to which it good. The injections went well and I decided to split into two injections just to avoid a 3ml short ester and oral inj.Into one shot. Had some sleep issues which was expected, had a ton of hype/energy,’which is good. This is gonna be quite a different experience. The ZPHC Ztropin and other ZPHC OILS/oral are great and highly recommended after having used 3 separate times and of course the Pharma is phenomenal.

It’s something , wish I could bottle it, lol. Had a great weekend but back to the grind ! Im doing mostly seafood this week , shrimp, salmon, Orange roughy, cod , and fresh ahi tuna with greens and rice . I will use shakes & one beef meal also . I have had too much red meat , so seafood this week and all poultry next week . Beef is gonna be for my cheat days !! I’m aleady 224 lbs so with 10 more weeks to go , I’ll be eating more low fat meats . I love this workout . Seems like my arms are getting bigger without actually doing arm exercises . Love it . Tonight is 10oz salmon filet 64g protein with 8oz fresh green beans and Calrose rice(3/4 cup uncooked) 105 carbs. Worked out early due to scheduling.

I’m only up to 50mg twice a week. Started at 20mg. I am gonna go up to 200mg twice a week for 6mo and hopefully I see a change on bloodwork and see/feel changes , otherwise I’ll have to re-think it’s use . I’m hopeful though

WEEKS 5-8

**I’ll DO THE EXACT SAME ROUTINE BUT, I SWITCH THE SETS FOR REPS and I REVERSE THE DAYS. FRIDAY WORKOUT IS NOW DONE ON MONDAY, THURS WORKOUT IS TUESDAY, and SO ON.

Week 6
Thursday:
* Bench Press: 3x5 335, 305
* BB Rows: 8x5 175lb
* DB Pull-overs: 8x5 85lb
* DB Fly: 8x5 50lb
* Reverse DB Fly: 8x5 35lb

The reversing and switching of weeks/days, set & reps that I did the first four weeks make this a daunting type of weight training as “you don’t know how much weight you should do or when you’ll burn out” ! It’s very taxing and I like it a lot (sadist)🤣. Now that I have more female family members on the Max train of Anti-Aging, I have been studying up on all the new and past modalities, meds/supps and HRT therapy; surprisingly they have a lot less studies involving pre or peri menopausal studies using androgens and no FDA approved testosterone treatment! Yet of course the centers prescribe for “off label use”. So that is why you may see me post some threads on any emerging past &
present pharmacology studies and or anecdotal by females in their forums. Hopefully some of you married guys who have spouses that are in that situation or they want to avoid even going through menopause, or they are just interested in improving their quality of life, you can share in what I find and the feedback I will be getting. Of course we know a lot about the competition protocols but, this will just be more for anti-aging , quality of life (sex&beauty). Someone asked what hair products I use (pictured below for them). I don’t use any brush, comb, or blow dryers(ever). That green thing is for shampoos-cream rinse application as I don’t scrub/scratch up my scalp(similar to my back brush). It’s like 3 for $5 ! Lol
