Anyone use his cutting programs? Curious how they are compared to creeping death etc

What "cutting programs"? They can all be used independent of dietary plan and current physique goals. Grow or diet, hard training is hard training.

Ya I know that... He has certain programs geared towards strength, bulking, and a few he used when he was competing

Kind of like what was already stated, though some of the programs are from the course of one of his preps, they aren't specifically geared towards a prep. More of like a focus on a body part than anything.

A couple years ago I did Omega Beam during a prep while one of my friends used it for a bulk. I think the big difference being that towards the end of my prep I would eliminate some of the extra exercises geared towards bringing up the body part of focus. Hopefully that makes sense?

That said, there's some decent explanations of what each program is mostly geared towards (back, chest, arms, legs). For a 'general' program (meaning not made specifically for an individual) they're all pretty solid.

I've also done Carnage, Creeping Death, and 28 Days Later. Omega Beam was probably my favorite though. As an additional note, the newer programs are a higher frequency of training. So something else to keep in mind.
