This is what i have for breakfast every single day, cutting or bulking, doesn't matter. Largest sweet potato i can get my hands on. A tin of low(er) sugar low(er) sodium backed beans. 2 pork loins (sometimes chicken breast) and 4 poached eggs. I also have a Bannana, 2 oranges and an apple with it. Looks a mess but i love it and its protein packed and a nutrition power house.
