mixing femera powder

"I have Femara powder from China (or where ever) and it won't mix/dissolve in straight water. And when I add in BA, it just kinda separates out the water - doesn't mix. What kind of substance do I need to add to the water and in what amount to dissolve powder, such as Femara? For example 100 mgs of Femara in 50 ml's of water and what substance?"

You may want to try some grain alcohol like Everclear or some PEG 300/400.
