Mrs Strunk loving the LBA's

Here are some pics at 5 weeks out. She's in better conditioning and holding very good size at this point than this far out last year. She been taking the LBA's during her workout and during the night when she get's up to go to the bathroom.
These will probably be the last pics posted of her until the show.

She's 5-04" and just weighed in at 158 today. She began her diet 16 weeks ago at about 170 lbs. She likes to take things slow so she doesn't have to kill herself with the diet or cardio.

Yes, she'll be doing the USA's. This will be her first real National level show. Thanks guys, just wanted to show how well everything's coming along with the LBA's added to the prep.

OH MY!! Ms. Strunk, you look incredible. Still 5 more weeks There will be nothing left of your skin at this rate. I'm as we say here in OZ, GOBSMACKED!! From your last pics to these ther changes are very noteable. You are going to kill em. I do not think there will be any others with this level of conditioning. Great job. Strunk, Have you got room at your place, must be something in the water. I'm coming there for a spell!!

Wake, Mrs Strunk has gained 2 lbs since in the last 2 weeks and has got leaner. Things are rolling in the right direction.
JohnnyPro, Julia knows what she needs to do. Unless something goes terribly wrong...I see her peaking on time.

She'll probably be told she's too conditioned for a female and get penalized, but she doesn't care. She just wants to improve every time she competes and she competes for herself...not others. As long as she's happy with how she came in...she could care less about the placings. It's still Bbing and as long as your not "stringy" looking and dieted away your muscle, it shouldn't matter whether your a male or female on how lean you are.
