My diet:
8u: Oatmeal with 2 scoops whey protien, 1 orange
10u: cheese : it's not regular cheese, it's "liquid" stuff. I don't now the word in englisch, Because i'm from Europe.
But it's 50g protien
12u. : 5 sweet patoatos, 1 big piece of red meat, vegeatables
14u. 20: 1 tunacan
15u. 00 (pre workout)
1 banana, 1 slice of brun bread with honey
15u. 30 : workout
17u. 20: post workout: 1 slice of brun bread with lots of honey
1 banana
17u. 45: 1 whey shake
18u. Chicken (lots) + sweetapatoatos or rice
20u. 1 pizza
21u. 30: oatmeal with 2 scoops of whey
22u. bedtime
I'm nearly 200 pounds. I'm on a cycle of 500mg sustanon + 30mg dianabol.
I have trained years. I have good genetics. It's my tirth cycle. I'm in bulkfase
Please advice me in my diet/nutrition. Should i add multi-vit, minerals, glutamine?? What should i change in my diet? I'm a student, so i don't have much money now. So i wanna spend my money on gear, instead of spending my money on supplements... But i want to do a contests in the naturelcompetion in Belgium. The contest is next year.
