I wanted to share this a few days ago when it was uploaded/she was on, but I wished I had some way to break it down for people, so I opted not to. However, Dr. Patrick just tweeted the timeline of the program to break it down some...so here it is.
She has been on his show 4-6 times and I literally take notes while I watch. She is incredible.
