Since I started IGF1....I had done a lot of reading on it although a lot of this is still speculation on my part due to the igf1-lr3 half life.So you wouldn’t have a pre meal (60-90 minutes prior), then shoot lr3 (10-15 min before session) then take down an intra shake with carbs?

But from what I had researched...Igf and mgf are both involved in hyperplasia. One starts the process and the other finishes it.
Mgf is produced naturally in the body after training due to the trauma induced by training. If igf is taken to soon it could blunt the mgf response.
So the protocol I seen most using was mgf immediately postworkout in the muscle trained... Then lr3 about 2 hours postworkout....then you get your macros in.
This is the way I've noticed concretor doing it when reading some of his older logs.
In not using mgf...but doing lr3 about 2 hours after my workout. I feel it works great like that because I train first thing in the morning. So most of my meals for the day are coming after I take it.
If I were to do something Preworkout...it would be igf1-des because its a much quicker onset and clears in time for the mgf to do its job.
But again....this is just my comprehension of what I had researched.
